Where is my data stored?
On your device only. Tend has no account and does not upload your records anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I back up or move my records?
Because records live on your device, deleting the app or losing the device removes them. You can export reports as PDFs and save or share them through the iOS share sheet to keep your own copies.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Tend, and choose to change or cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
How does the free trial work?
If a free trial is offered (for example, a 3-day trial on the weekly plan), you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Manage it in your App Store subscription settings.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Tend, go to the premium/upgrade screen, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete all data to permanently remove everything from your device. Deleting the app also removes its local data.
